Wendy currently handles residential real estate closings at Klafehn, Heise & Johnson P.L.L.C. Wendy retired from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office as an Investigator after 20 years in the field in 2016. She is also a Part-Time Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy during her off hours. She also worked at Bivona CAC as a Forensic Interviewer for 3 years following her retirement from the MCSO. After working in the Criminal Justice Fields most her life she decided to shift gears to work in the world of real estate.
Wendy graduated from Brockport High School in 1991 and she then served in the US Army from 1991-2001. She also has an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College.
Wendy lives in the Town of Clarkson and has been married for over 24 years to David. They are both members at Lakeshore Community Church in the Town of Greece. Wendy and David have three children. Their son Jake is a federal Police Officer in Maryland and is serving in the United States Army Reserves. Their son Jonnah is married and a Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy Road Patrol. Their daughter Jordynn is currently attending Niagara University as a Nursing major. Wendy enjoys baking, working out and spending time with her family.
